Rachel Wixey & Associates is a professional services firm based in Downtown Toledo, that partners with public and private schools to advise, facilitate or manage various components of their human resources and personnel management. While our client base spans all over Ohio, we have decided to increase our presence in Eastern Ohio, by opening a satellite office in Cleveland. We are seeking a human resources generalist, with a specialty in risk management, including Ohio Workers' Compensation and Ohio Unemployment Insurance.
This unique position will allow the perfect candidate the ability to head up our Cleveland office, providing on the ground support for our school clients in and around that area. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, overseeing new employee orientations, records completion and compliance, worker’s compensation and unemployment insurance administration.
Note that we are not only seeking demonstrated experience in HR and reverence for the education process, but also the character traits that align with our fundamental principles and values that we believe are important in serving school systems, candidates for employment, our own internal service team and the communities in which we serve.
Position Details:
Full-time, M-F
Pay 35 – 40K DOE
25% travel (within 100 miles from Cleveland)
